I'm always interested in these guys even though they have their design flaws etc...
But this caught my eye today on Ebay with the Ebay 20% certificate good for a few more hours, I am hoping to save on a good buy. THIS ISN'T IT!
Part of the description "I bought this form a friend who paid interwest electronics 662.42 to service this unit. Yes they take advantage of customers! I have the receipts. 4/2016. He didn’t really care about the cosmetic end. I tested and found this powerful unit to sound amazing."
Looks like the same old resistors burning the power supply B board, old filter caps. Actually, can't really tell if anything has been done. Would need the power switch modified and many other upgrade and improvements. Where the $662.42 went to, who knows? Boy, do they ever take advantage of their customers!
