Might as well do this right!
KR-5400, the heart of my current setup.
Here's my Kenwood Model 600 & KT 8300 Tuner :thmbsp:
I'll try to get some decent shots of the 9400 tonight.
Great to see a dedicated Kenny forum.
My favorites are the bronze-face European models...here's pictures of my KA-8150 amp, and KT-9900 tuner.
The tuner is shown a bit dusty and hard to see the gun-metal shade in the lighting. Picture taken in the car just after picking it up from local CL a couple of years ago. It's since been cleaned, aligned and calibrated and is in the living room system.
Good looking KW's there SLF!!! :thmbsp:
KA-8100 and KT-8300 Combo
KT-8300 tuner and KA-8100 integrated amp in my bedroom system.
Here's my only Kenwood right now. Model Eleven III. Just finished setting Bias.
Just one of the Kennys beling used. This KR-9400 was a bargain CL find and is in healthy condition. Located behind my desk in the mancave; duty is mostly for LPs and radio feeding two huge full-range speakers from the 60s.
My Kenwood KR-5030 I've had since '81.
KR-5030 #2 I've had for over a year and recently cleaned and ready for duty.
Whats in the rack now
1 KT 7500
1 KA 9100
Thanks! Here's what it looked like when I first brought it home:
Your 5030's are very nice as well.
My "Basic" Kenwood Set-up
Changed up my main listening area since getting the Polk 10B's.
I am using a Kenwood Basic M1D amp/C2 pre-amp to drive them and even have a T1 tuner just to make it a matched set.
My College Days
Here is a pic of my two Kenwood pieces taken inside my dorm room at ASU back in 1977 or 78.
KA-3500 (bought new in '77)
