Kenwood Silver score?

Picked these two units up at a thrift on the way home tonight - $19.95 each. KA-3500 Amp and a KT-5300 tuner. Seeing how I'm really into Pioneer Silver I couldn't leave this stuff there although this is the first Kenwood gear I've ever owned. How do these rank with the Pioneer Silver?

You are in the money, especially if you plan to enjoy them. Not super valuable but you will be able to trade out and make a few bucks.

I've got a KA-3500 Amp, I really like it. It is now my back up unit in case my main rigs go down. I lent it to a friend who needed an amp, he was impressed by it. Nice find.

These were toward the bottom of the mid '70's Kenwood lineup, but they were simply designed and well-executed. They look great!

I hooked my AR XA up to it and listened to it last night through some headphones and it sounded pretty damn good. I'm impressed! :thmbsp:
