Klipsch KG4 vs JBL L77

So there's a set of JBL L77 available locally for a whopping 170. The owner said he may be open to trades. I own a set of Klipsch KG4 and have found them to be my favorite speakers I've owned. But I've never owned a set of vintage jbl.

Anyone have any experience with the L77 as well as the KG4. What were your thoughts?

This is all just a huge maybe. Like I said.... I love my klipsch. But JBL has always been on my want list.

I do. with both.
by all means keep the klipsch. very good spks.
L77 comes from back in the early 70 , when I got mine.
10" passive 10" driven and a ring radiator tweet. sounded kinda "floppy" to me
but not bad.
KG4s are much better all around IMO.
Now my BIG JBL Olympus S8R systema were another matter.
But all are gone now and no regrets.

Much appreciated! Man I love these KG4. It would take a lot to replace them. Maybe some heritage klipsch. Lascala maybe?
