Picked these up today at a local Radio Shack...
So far so good, though I haven't listened to decent phones since I was about 8.
Pretty comfortable and lightweight. The padding could be a little thicker. I feel like it sits really close to my ears (Maybe my ears are deformed?).
To me the sound is well balanced, good range.
Unfortunatly, I paid RadioShack's markup on them.
And the cable length is more suited towards portable devices. Not really the best choice for lounging here in front of the computer. My gear is too far away from my chair.
The highs seem a little bright for my taste, but it may just be different than what I'm used to. Certainly not bad by any means.
I'll highly recommended if you can find 'em cheap. I think they can be had for around $30usd.
