KSW 923 3 Ways... any Info Please??

Hi guys,
came across a pair of KSW 923 3 way speakers for $15.00
just down the road from me.
Anybody know about these things, where they are made, how good/bad they are. Foam surrounds.... etc.
I have a couple of pics of them.
