Found this at the Rochester hamfest. Push-pull 6BQ5s with reasonable size output transformers. Kenwood (Trio) made it, most likely. I'll post a picture later.

Anybody got a schematic? Probably will have to replace all the coupling caps at least. And that 6BQ5 with the white top where the vacuum leaked out...

well, I guess everything's relative... a little more vacuum in the atmosphere won't do much harm I guess.

Hi Tom,
I have only seen one Trio and it was a SE 6BQ5 reciever. It is the only one I have ever even heard of, till now. Looks king of like a Fisher doesn't it?

Trio/Kenwood definitely had PP EL84 receivers. I remember that my father had a customer who had one (branded "Kenwood").
