There are probably like 4 basements here in Austin. The soil sucks so it's cost prohibitive.

Sure miss basements.....when it's 100 out, nothing like a cool basement.

wgb113: The wall colors in your basment are so relaxing it's unreal. Hell, I wouldn't even listen to music. I would simply lounge.

Thanks! We've had a lot of fun with friends and family since finishing it two years ago. Half is for the kids (the orange/light blue painted room - they picked the colors) and the other half is the adult side.

It's nice to have the extra space!
