Mine was dug out after the fact too! I have 2 tiny homes on one corner lot, both built in 1946 that had the crawlspaces dug out under the plumbing with area for water heaters.

Hello just curious about your technics 1200gr and if you have posted it in the 1200 owners club. A lot of us are wondering the sound difference if any between an older 1200 and the new. Some people have the new version while others have the older like me. No one seems to have both. If you have any insight on this it would be really helpful in the thread. Sorry high jacked this thread a bit. Lol

Sorry for the delayed response. I don't have any experience with an original 1200, only the Audio Technica knock offs. Compared to the AT-LP240USB that I still have there's no comparison. Fit & finish and build quality are miles above on the Technics. As for sound quality, I can't make a fair comparison since they're not in the same setup.

Hey now...enjoying seeing these spaces. We finished our basement this summer. As suggested in another post, we also used an epoxy floor finish on the cement floor. Turned out really well I think.
