Marantz 2215

Just bought this unit last week. Everything is functional. At fifteen watts does anyone have an opinion on any particular speaker that works best with this piece. I assume whatever you use it needs to be very efficient??

I have used my 2215B with EPI 100, KLH Seventeen, and Minimus 7, all rather inefficient, with no problems. EPI 100 sounded particularly good with it.

I recently sold my 2215B but when I had it, I used it with two different sets of speakers, both JBL. I had it hooked up in a bedroom for a while and I used JBL Pro III speakers. It sounded just fine for what I was using it for. I also had it hooked up to a set of 4311s for a while and I was quite surprised at how well it sounded. Actually, all things considered, I'm sorry now that I sold the little devil!
