Marantz 2238b Amplifier adjustment help needed

According to SM Idle current is measured between points on cathode resistors but it does not specify if it is measured across both or one on each side. R763 and R764 have test point. R765 and R766 do not.
I know that measuring across the pair is more accurate reading but I don't know if the spec is for measuring single or pair.

across each pair for the channel ...r764 r766 left and r763 r765 right . 23mv.
whoever wrote the instructions were maybe looking at the capacitors next to the the resistors .
