I have ,some other Marantz like 4400, 2230B, Tape 5220 and also a SR2000. I friend is offering me a Pre 7t with some problems ( it doesnt turn on because was conected in 220 instead of 120 volts ) . Im wondering if the problem could be only with the fuse or also could affect some other parts like transistors, transformer or other parts. Please,if possible elaborate when replying. Thank you so much! Antonio

its anyone's guess .
if you got lucky it will be a fuse or rectifier diodes .. or transformer .
if unlucky there will be lots of blown parts .

Thank you,ii was wondering that the fuse could block some other damages but it looks like that not.....I know its just a guess..... thanks again, the asking price is around US300

just looked at schematic and main fuse is 1/8 of an amp so i guess this would blow very quickly . everything else might be still ok ..
looking at sold prices i would buy it .
