The room is large 7400 cu. ft.
Measurement taken with multi-channel @ 2 meters.
My calc. - 12ft ceilings - Approx 30x20 room. 2 to 3 rows of seats?

I have 26 dedicated 15 amp lines on it's own 400 amp panel. FP&L brought in an extra transformer to accomodate me.
Ivan,
I'm curious: Why 15A lines instead of 20A? I am surprised you didn't go for the extra headroom.
BTW, congratulations on your latest upgrade. Have you heard about the new MC4KW's?
Glen
Seriously? Those would have to be 220v, otherwise they would need to draw around 35 amps just to reach their 4KW mark. :scratch2:Ivan,

If they made it, undoubtedly I would buy them... :screwy:
P.S> Really loving the 1.2KW's they look & sound so good. You don't realize how dingy the lighting is on the 1201 till it's next to a 1.2KW (or for that matter, the LED upgrade kit).
No need at all, the highest current device that Mac makes draws only 12.8 Amps @ WOT.
Don't forget I have well over 40,000 watts of current storage via RGPC.
Thanks for the tip on the 4K's
this dingy,
not this dingy,
Thanks "exracer" ....
Got it, .... Thanks again! Boy, am I bright!
Boat anchor? C'mon, the 1201's are so "yesterday" with their bulb lighting and old fashioned handles... The MC1.2KW are the real deal, LED fiber optics, great modern looking handles, better sound. If you don't believe me, ask Ivan. :thmbsp:And not that thre MC1201 can be used as a mode of sporty water transportation gear!

Something not right .... was specifically told to install 20amp if I want the pair of MC1201's to work properly (think the MC1.2k is about the same current draw). Thats why I have THREE 20amps installed, ready for the crazy tri-amping day to come.
Did I do anything that was not needed in the first place as these were 15 amps in the first place.
????? :scratch2: :scratch2::scratch2: :scratch2:
Cheers!
Hi Ivan, what do you mean by "dingy? Dark? Not bright enough? :scratch2:
Please share the meaning. Thanks!:thmbsp:
Hello Ivan,
How did you compare 1.2KW and 1201s?
Was it in the same time, side by side, which is really not easy to do, or do you describe your feelings about the differences after that 1.2KW replaced 1201s?
Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful pics too.
Jean-Marc.
