MC2100 or MC7100? which to get?

To everyone who chimed in on this thread...a big THANK YOU! I have some thing to ponder now...I get the impression BOTH are pretty good amps.

But as you all know... they are somewhat system dependent.

If I buy smart, I can flip the amp out ....unlike my wife's shoes and clothes! HA!

I just love my two butt ugly Mc2100's! To my ears, they are a bit warmer than my Mc2300's, FWIIW.

Personally, I would get the MC2100. I’ve owned them for 20 years and couldn’t be happier, I bought two and bridge them to mono and loved the sound quality, staging, and clarity then I finally upgraded to the MC601 here’s the before and after photo.
