McIntosh c4 / c8

I have McIntosh c4 pair. When I opened them up I noticed that one has 2 x 2200uf caps with a bridge rectifier, but the other one is missing it. Did McIntosh produce 2 different versions ?
Do I have 2 unmatched preamps?

McIntosh may produced more than 2 versions . You have to find the right service manual or schematic going with your serial number

Does your both units have the same manufacturing place ?

Tried locating service manuals, could not find one that shoes bridge rectifier!

I saw this schematics. It is for those models that do not diodes.
Also is 10000mmf = 1000uf?
