McIntosh MAC 4100 - Indicator LED replacements

anyone know where I can get replacements for these?
The AFL and MPX FM indicators are out.

So I need one yellow, and one red.

These are 1975 vintage LEDs but I have yet to see one fail so I would suspect a tuner issue and confirm if you are getting a voltage to them to trigger them on.

The original commercial numbers are MV5374C for yellow, MV5075C for red.
