Model 19 MPX light problem

Hi All,

I just purchased a Model 19 in superb cosmetic condition and will be doing a recap shortly.
The Stereo Light almost entirely stop illuminating after the receiver has been on over 30 min.
The tuner is connected to an outdoor antenna w/ rotator so no incoming signal problems.
Suggestions as to possible causes. I have test gear, Sound Technology 1020, 1700B, etc.
Could possibly be the opto coupler?

Yes these opto couplers are a trouble spot, had to replace one in my 18 to get muting back.
