I have been working on cleaning up and annotating the schematic for the Fisher model 600, their first tube type AM-FM Multiplex receiver. On the schematic page 3 a capacitor identified as C149 is shown connected to pin-6 of V10 the 6FG6/EM84 eye tube for the AM circuitry. It is shown close to the S2 Section 1 Rear wafer on the schematic. In the parts list there is no C149 shown. I also noted that there is no similar capacitor shown associated with V6, the 6FG6/EM84 associated with the FM circuitry. I also looked at the 800-B schematic and there is no similar capacitor shown on either the AM or FM eye tube circuits. There is a single bypass capacitor, C44, in the 800-B which bypasses the B+ going to both the AM and FM eye tubes. However in the 800-B, C44 is on the B+ side of the two 470K ohm Plate Load Resistors for both tubes, not tied directly to pin 6 of either tube.
Does C149 in the model 600 really exist? If so it is unique to the model 600. What is its value if it is in the unit?
I am beginning to think that C149 is shown on the schematic in error and does not exist, hence its absence from the actual parts list.
