Mom Sue's Ale

Dark amber, medium malts, body of say an Inda Pale with a finish a bit more hoppy than I care for. I did like it and will have another if they are still around next month.
The Goliath (see label in beer thread) was between a Speckled Hen and Smith's Pale but slightly darker than either. Liked it greatly and it was worth the $4/ Imp pint.
If you are wondering what is too hoppy a beer that starts great and finishes too bitter for me is Sierra Nevada Pale.......it is too hoppy, but other wise quite nice.

But does it get you hammered quickly and how is the hangover? ;)

In all honesty and folks will laugh and poke fun but THE best tasting beer I have ever had is Old Milwaukee in the bar bottle. I drive 20 miles to the only place I know that sells it. It has to be in the bar bottle though just tastes awesome.
