Monarch Tuner

Picked up this little fellow at the goodwill for $2.99 Canadian. I like the way it matches my Heathkit AA-15 and it sounds pretty good. I like this combination so much I am now using it for my bedroom system.

Anyone know anything about Monarch tuners?

I know nothing about the tuner, but I love that heath! a firend of my mothers built one of the aa-15, and still uses it to this day. I've always liked that styling.

Can't argue on the price of the tuner.

Yeah I like the Heath as well. My brother in law gave it to me with a dead right channel. Sent it out along with the manual to my tech fellow and it came back with a clean bill of health.

It will later migrate back to the music room for some bigger speakers and a little heavier duty. It will stand up I am sure. :yes:

Monarch was an importer similar to Philmore so the tuner could be from any one of many overseas companies. Some of the stuff from these types of companies could be really decent for lower powered smaller systems interesting finds.
