MX 110, Phono section problem

Hello fine folks. I recently put my MX 110 (M) in play and discovered that one channel is non existent when I use the turntable. I checked the tubes and they seem fine. I tried different interconnects, I even tried another turntable. Pretty sure it is the pre amp. Any suggestions on what to look for to solve this problem? Aux and tuner does not have any out put problems.

Try swapping the 12AX7 phono preamp tubes - location V13 & V14.

Also, cycle the input function selector switch a few times.

I already switched the 12ax7 tubes. And you mean the gain pots that are located on each side od the faceplate?

I have the M series, not the Z. The pots are located on each side of the face. Adjusting them made no difference. I may have to go in deeper.

Yes phono, Aux and Tuner fine.

Sorry for the panic, Problem was cabling between turntable and pre amplifier. Both channels now working.
How embarrassing.
