Your amp needs to get some air. I know it looks good but...….

A tight setup for sure. That SC-5330 is a beast (I have the 5300, silver face version of same) although I seldom find a reason to listen to cassettes anymore as I migrated my music library away from tape years ago.

That kit should provide you with a lot of enjoyment for some time to come.

Mostec, welcome to AK. And nice system.

+1 for ghamilton’s advice, especially if you like your music loud ;)

    Cheers,
    John

You and ghamilton are wrong. You don't know the timer box size. Look at the photo. And yes, I like to listen loud. :) IMG_7836.JPG IMG_7835.JPG

Just keep a check on how warm/hot the amp gets. Maybe it will be ok.

    No accessory tray??? :)

    Everything sure 'fit's' nicely!

    How's the tape deck sound?

Hahahaha, accessory tray is what I would like to buy. Tape deck sounds awesome. This rack is from 1981, my father is first owner. I'm the second ;-)

Those accessory trays (Sansui branded rack mount drawers) are one of the rarest of accessories to find now. Probably easier to find an MA-7 than one of those drawers...

I don't imagine many were ever sold, hence the noticeable lack of availability 40 years on.
