My Yamaha CR 2040 has no sound!

Hello AK friends. I write to you from Chile, I've been visiting your forum for some time and it's very educational for me.
I write to you because I have a Yamaha Cr 2040 receiver, and this one has no sound. I think the cause is in the relay because it does not click after turning on the receiver.
Which electronic component could have been damaged and does not operate the relay?

The main reason why your relay do not "click" is because you have one channel with DC Volt a the output of the power stage and if your relay did click you dammage immediately all your speaker connected to this output . So that's why your relay protect your speakers from DCV and you have to check the reason why !
Probably because some device is dead (output TR) or DCoffset at the input of the amp section ! check and come back to us with report
