Need help servicing a Philips CD-100

Hi,

Edit: after putting the unit back together, I could play the CD correctly but one channel is silent due to a dead ILS tube. I did test the unit in correct position but had the non-playing issue until I made a last try. I'll also change a few other Philips electrolytics which I know to be often dead or almost.

I have a CD-100 which won't play.
Exact model/serial is CD100/30, serial 0005116 on one sticker, also AH00041 105073 on the "Philips" sticker.
I recaped the PSU and changed the caps on the CDM board but didn't got further at the moment.
The CD spins, the cdm tries to focus (the lens goes left / right) but does not appears to read the toc.
I have the German service manual but I don't really read German.
I noticed that this service manual uses a NE532 as opposed to the LM358N in my player.
I know there are two service tests and I'd like to know whether this can help finding the problem.
I cannot see any red dot on the lens while going into test mode.
Any help appreciated. Thanks !
