Need some advice on choosing an amp for a Kenwood KT6500

So I did have a really nice Kenwood KA6000 (with the rear 200W tag plate) I think it was rated ...45 watts per channel. It was a strong amp with two AR3a 12" woofers. But gone now. So I'm starting a new system that I hope could be similar. Just picked up a Kenwood KT6500 tuner. So starting from there...any recommendations on a good amp? I think the KA3500 maybe?

Which forum would I check here for the "Kenwood equipment section"?
Or which section would that be in?

Thanks

If it's important to you, make sure when you're checking out Kenwood integrated amps to look at dimensions. Not sure...but a KA-3500 I believe is a lot narrower than your tuner, while the aforementioned KA-7100 might be exact.

And yeah, 7100's are pretty darn good amps.

There were at least 2 size groups, maybe 3. KA3500,KA3700, KT5300 KT5500 at 380mm wide. Yours are 430mm wide, and another series(KT301) at 400mm wide. Dont know why they did this. The cheap tuner enclosure is empty anyway.

I believe the KT6500 is the correct width for the KA3500, back in the 70's I purchased a KA7100 and if memory serves the KT6500 and it was smaller.
