I picked up my new copy of Harp Magazine today.Is this not the best year for new music?In the next 2 months we will have new offerings fom Los Lobos,Steve Forbett, wilco, and Howe Gelb.
This is only the short list,there is the reccommendations of site members.
The Los Lobos,release date is May 5,stellar line up Elvis Krall-Costello,Tom Waits,Dave Alvin.Too much!!
What a great time for new releases,I can't rember such a banner year!
Speaking of the best roots singer,Dave Alvin,he is working on a new album,can't wait!!

Yep all of this is getting out of hand,I have all my stuff sent to work,today I ate my lunch and then filled my lunchbag with cds that had come in from www.mymusic.com,
Thank goodness I take a big lunch to work
