New project, not so pristine X-202

There's no way I could let one of these go to the curb, this one needs a lot of love but looks to be ripe for a restore. I figured I would give it my attention and try and keep my limited skills from leaving me. Hoping to post pictures at the end showing this ole songbird back to its former glory. Let the fun begin!

There is quite a bit of corrosion to deal with, these face plates are a challenge to polish and not remove the lettering. Looks like someone has already been inside and replaced a few capacitors and resistors, I plan on using orange drops where I can and doing the usual Gillespie bias mod on this since the factory bias procedure is really quite hanky.

Steve, that is pristine compared to the one I have. I still kick myself for not buying one of the nice ones you sold last year. Looks like fun. I did source the missing original knobs since this was taken.
