New sub for D745 and B705 output transistors?

Hi folks. I have a Kenwood KR-6050 with blown outputs on one channel. They are NEC D745 and B705. I see some fake ones out there, and some moderately expensive ones on eBay. Any idea if there are subs out there? Or should I just get the ones on eBay?

So I see there are 2SD745 and 2SB705 out there, which are the same. I also see SB705A. Is the "A" going to be different?

2SC3858 and 2SA1494 look to be suitable replacements. Digikey or BDENT should have them in stock.

I also see SD705A. Is the "A" going to be different?

A is the same transistor but has higher working voltage.

2SD705 is 140v Vce & Vcb
2SD705A is 150v Vce & Vcb
