Very satisfying and musical sound with excellent clarity. The Mystere amp has plenty of detail and dynamics with a tight bass for a tube amp.

The combination of our large 18'x22'x9'h living/dining room, 87db speaker efficiency and a 40 watt tube amp means it can't play loud for movies, though music is wonderful. I hope to change to high-efficency speakers to alleviate our loudness situation. In the big scheme of things, the Zu Audio Omen MkII or the Klipsch Heresy III are at the top of my dream list, though over our frugal budget.

Equipment:

Mystere IA-11 High quality 40 wpc integrated tube amp, designed by the PrimaLuna people.

Dreaming of getting Klipsch Heresy III speakers in Capital ebony finish, but no money currently. Using cheap Klipsch Ksb3.1 bookshelf speakers because of higher efficiency, therefore louder volume w/ movies and TV. The modded Paragon Radiant speakers sound stunning, but not quite as loud as we like for movies and TV programs. Trying the Klipsch 3.1 for a while, but will likely return to Paragons because of better sound until I can afford Heresy III.
