I bought a Nikko System in 1978-9 Alpha 2, Beta 3, Eq 1, Gamma 1 Tuner. Great underappreciated equipment. I still own and use the Alpha2.

    I have a 1415 that's not to shabby and I have had the 1019, 1219 and others.
It's horrible nasty stuff and no one should ever buy any of it. ;)

Gotta a Nikko Beta 30 preamp. It's very nice, but I should probably have it recapped soon...

Had a Gamma V Tuner..........loved it for 20 years. It finally went south and repair was way to costly. If it lasted it was the only tuner I would have ever needed. Way overbuilt. Oh well.

I like the older ones. Little suckers are built like a tank and sound great.

I’ve always enjoyed my Nikko separates.
Upgrading the opamp in the preamp is a terrific improvement!
