Ode to Nueske's bacon

My uncle in Wisconsin kindly sent us a five pound sampler package of assorted bacon. I've cured and smoked bacon before and I only wish it turned out as good as Nueske. Cooked at the cabin in Hope Valley. I call this picture; A mountain of bacon in front of a mountain!

Damn good bacon!

It's good stuff. My ex-MIL gave me a sampler for Xmas a couple years back. And then I found there is a local high end grocery store chain that carries it.
