I have a TA600 receiver with no ground screw for phono. Where do you guys find is best to ground with these?

I use one of the screws in the "box" that surrounds the input connections. Mine has one right on top that works nicely, but any chassis screw will work fine. Mine is a late TA-600, some of the earlier ones had the antenna input connections on top.

Drill & tap a 6-32 hole in back panel, put a screw there. Ground to that. Same size as electric outlet screws. Problem solved

I just loosen one of the bottom panel screws and attach the ground lead to it and tighten up.
