Opinions on Marantz 7T preamp?

I suppose what really pissed me off was that I bought it on ebay for premium, based on a premium description, and when I got it, it didn't work right and had a bit of rust. This also contributed to the bad taste in my mouth I guess.

That's criminal. I received a call last night from a fellow AK member wanting his Marantz 24 repaired. He told me he sent it out and $800! later it still wasn't right. Just not right to do that to hard working people.
