FWIW every FF-10 and 15 series stylus I've ever had stated 2 grams on the package so that's where I've always set them. Great all-around cartridge and stylus series, does everything well IMO.
Great cartridge to mate up with a technics "S" arm table. The SL-D202 is a great first turntable too, may turn out to be all one really needs. I gave one to my sister and B-I-L to replace their cheesy broken B&O a couple of years ago and they love it. It's trouble free, easy to use (auto-return is a nice feature) and it sees a lot of use. Only thing to watch out for is the pitch control getting dirty after sitting in the same spot for while. It helps to exercise it occasionally or clean / lube it like any rotary control I guess.

Gimpus Stereophilus!
The Ortofon FF 10 and FF 15 XE were very underrated cartridges, and ideal on a medium mass Technics tonearm. I wish they were still offered new.

Yepper FF15XE is one of my favs so is my F15E.

Agreed, and they give very good sound on 70's era S shaped medium mass tonearms.I run one of each on my Kenwood KD5070 & KD550.
In fact, I'm listening to one of them now!
