Pıoneer Tx-720 Tuner repair

Hello,I have Pioneer Tuner Tx-720 need repair,Tuner problem is when radio power on scan the stations not stop signal+stereo leds some times ok

is there anyone that have experience about this radio?

This is usually and indication of the discriminator zero is off. If you can get the service manual, multi-meter and the right non magnetic alignment tool. It's not that hard to do. If this is off, you may want to consider a full alignment.
 
Look like they left the alignment section out of the scan. Big silver can right in the middle of you picture. Has two slugs. One is probably painted red. There will also be probably be two test points close to the transformer. Hook multimeter those and adjust the red slug for zero volts.
 
Hifiengine has a TX-710-2 that looks very close and has the alignment procedure. You may want to look at it.
