Page 12 ,dec issue of the absolute sound

Robert Harley -the editor of the Absolute Sound in a 1 page article entitled "Future Shock" has done really excellent job of summing up what we want in terms of file services and why we can't get it. I subscribe to the mag for this kind of insight ( the long article entitled "Hall of Fame" about various hi-fi pioneers was also really worthwhile) -equipment reviewed generally doesn't interest me and I rarely bother reading them.Music reviews are often informative. Back to the article -this is a one page must read IMO! This is the future.

Sounded interesting, so I thought maybe I would go to the website and maybe, like lots of mags, the current issue might be viewable online. Maybe like a one-time trial deal or something (pretty common)? It is... if you pay $4.99. Seems a bit much....

Ya -it is a very high end mag with a very limited number of copies sold.Might be worth getting your local library to bring that issue in for a read - that article is that important IMHO.
