Chef Paul Bocuse has passed on he was 91. He is the chef who was instrumental in the French Nouvelle cuisine movement which he and other Chefs started with the dishes served on the maiden flight of the Concord Jet Liner in 1969. He carried a 3 Star Michelin rating for over 50 years.
