I buy usually only from US Sellers, but I have a line on a small but high end tube collection and headphone pre. The seller is in Germany. If I should have any problems (arrives damaged, missing, etc) am I protected by eBay and/or PayPal on overseas transactions? This would be a mid 4 figure purchase, so before doing anything, I want to have my facts first. Thanks in advance.
