Been wanting a pair of speakers for a garage system. A pair of Pioneer System 80, 8 inch, 2 way speakers showed up for a couple bucks at a local Habitat store. The woofers needed refoamed but I had a pair of 8 inch EVs in my stash so I bought them. Recapped the crossovers and Installed the EVs. Pairing them up with an old EV 1180 FM receiver and they sound pretty goood. I'll only be listening to our local oldies FM station on them . They're a huge improvement over the old portable CD/radio I was using !!
