Picked up an sx-950 at a yard sale for $10

in pretty good shape cosmetically (I won't try it out for a while) but the bass control is bent and the trebel is snapped off flush with the front panel, so I need two pots and a knob. Anybody got 'em lying around?

Sweet find. The SX 950 is an awsome sounding receiver. Parts for them pop up on ebay quite often. You might be able to use parts from some of the smaller receivers for the 950. Keep up the good work at the garage sales!!!
