    Promo labels.
    While labels/advanced proms/DJ promo/printed promo verbiage/test pressings.......
    Let's see them!!!
Thought of as the earliest pressings of an album, often times with sonics above what followed.
Sometimes with mixes found nowhere else.
    Show 'em off!!!!!!
I'll kick it off with a few,

I have a bunch of promo's-not all white label-but do they really sound better being that they are an earlier pressing? I don't believe I have the type of ear,or equipment for that matter to hear a marked difference in Lp's I've A/B'd,such as the album below. I wonder what other AK'ers think??

Those are nice, but looking for promo labels, promo covers are another category. Pulled from stock, not purpose built.

Ha! No label shot with promo verbiage....no credit!!! No difference than a vinyl stamped cover!
    Covers/discs can be swapped.
    Nice post though!!!!!

True, but this disk has a version of Time Stand Still that doesn't exist anywhere else, an edited 4:42 version as well as the normal 5:07.

The disk has no verbiage indicating that it is a promo copy.
