Pioneer CS-903 Kabucki?

My local SA has a pair of Pioneer CS-903 speakers. Huge 15" woofer, two horn-like tweeters a 6" midrange and two tiny 1.5". Has afive button tone adjust and 6 led power display. Not an internal amp. Any thoughts. Good shape,very heavy and they want $30. Are they worth the price, or just look impressive?

Any feedback apreciated.
Don't really need more speakers, but I can't help it!

If you like a lot of bass then they are for you. I have a pair and I like the way they sound.
