Just recently I bought 2 pairs of CS-T88 speakers quite cheap. I was told that the previous owner had them in a quadraphonic setup, too bad the amp and tt were already sold. The speakers are in very good physical condition, and works fine.
This is my first encounter with really vintage speakers, so there were some excitement when I first hooked them up. Tested them with my Hegel H160, and they just blew me away.
The reason I bought them was mainly the price, but now I think I´ll keep one of the pairs for sure. I don´t think I have the space for all 4 of them, since I also have DIY speaker project in the works.
Problem is that I can´t find that much information on them, I´ve found the technical specs but not much more. There´s some pics to be found of them with the Exclusive logo on them as well (mine does not have that), does anyone know if these were to be included in the Pioneer Exclusive line later on?
Any information or experience with these speakers would be very appreciated.
