I purchased a used DV 37 as a back up transport ( have another one ) from Craigslist - the Seller will be more than willing to help out or take it back but I was wondering what might be causing it to turn off within a few seconds of powering on.
The standby light is illuminated and the display is functioning but of course it is not on long enough to do anything further. I was thinking of the switch itself - perhaps a fuse issue? I do have a multimeter although not too familiar with it's use.
Just hoping it is something simple!
