Pioneer QL-600A cracking / transistor replacement

Hi everyone,

My QL-600A has start making a loud crackling sound on the left (rear) channel after it's been on a while. About 6 months ago, I changed all the electrolytic capacitors and cleaned the controls and it had been working great. The noise isn't affected by any of the volume controls, so I think it's probably a faulty transistor on the main amp board going funny after it's warmed up.

There's not a lot of info about this amp around. Can anyone recommend suitable replacements for the BJTs? I found a replacement list for the SA-500 which looks similar.

Main Amp Unit AWH-005
Q1/Q2: 2SC732 - KSC1845?
Q3/Q4: 2SC734 - KSC1845?
Q5/Q6: 2SC734 - KSC1845 or KSC2383?
Q7/Q8: 2SA561 - KSA1013?
Q9-Q12: 2SD234 - ???

Thanks,
Michael
