I bought a pair of what looks almost exactly like Pioneer S-4001 speakers. The exceptions are that my control is recessed, the port is square and not round, and the cabinet front isn't quite as fancy. Also, the speaker connections are an RCA and speakers screw terminals. Could this be an earlier version of the same speaker? There is no tags, no name plates or anything to identify this.
