After replacing all parts needed to overhaul amp I still am getting the Protection light. If I ground pin 9 on protection board the amp sounds great and I have all the right voltages. What other checks can I do to find the problem?

3 -25.44 is the problem ..this comes from right channel main amp .
its supposed to be 0v
now post voltages for right side main amp board pins .

all those voltages look good so you checked the wrong channel or you got mixed up with pin 1 and 3 on protect board . or they are somehow swapped over .
or schematic is marked wrong ...
check other channel .
start with pin 12 .. if same voltage as pin 3 protect board carry on . if near 0v stop there and we have to figure out whats going on here .

just been going over the voltages and these cant be right .... protect board ...
5 -43.94
6 -62.10
7 -61.10
8 43.34

max voltages are +- 45v .. i can believe they are mv though .

12 is AC see what its saying .. expect 7.5v AC
just checking others now
p.s pin 9 being that low says relay is clicked in or bad connection on the board . i would expect a much higher voltage there . it is supposed to be 8v as it happens .
you proved relay is good so i guess its a meter reading error .

Pin 12 is 7.80 AC on protect board

voltages for bc and e q6 and q7 should get us right on it now .
just in case get voltages each side of r23

anyway . there is a break between q7 collector and the relay . find it .
also see what voltages are at d8 anode and cathode .. cathode AC anode dc
if i go missing and you cant find the suspected break pull q6 out of circuit and see if relay clicks in .. if it does it doesn't mean q6 is bad it just tells another story .

Yes, all these voltages are with pin 9 grounded.
All voltages with Pin 9 not grounded
