Pioneer SA-9100 Rebuild list

Hi All, Just wondering if there is a current component list for the SA-9100? The last list posted was on Sept 24, 2014 by VMAN96 and some of the components listed there are obsolete (e.g. ECQ-V1H224JL3 Film Cap). I was also wondering if there might be some new upgrades that might be better to use?

Hi rbspop,

You can use Wima MKS2 series film caps for small values instead of obsolete panasonics:
505-MKS2.22/63/5T
505-MKS20.47/63/5

MKP2 (polypropylene) would be even better, but I don't think they make them in 0.47uf value.
Hang on for a while, perhaps someone will give you more info on obsolete transistors..

Hey Thanks. I also found yesterday these (among others) from Allied: Cornell-Dubilier DSF050J224

Cornell Dubilier are good quality metalized stacked film capacitors equivalent to Panasonics, now you have choices..
