Can anyone tell me the major diffrence between the
pioneer sx 1010 and sx 1050.
Which is older and is their a major diffrence in the quality.

The SX-1010 has been a hot topic here recently. A couple of the vets on this board have posted all you seek on these units.

Short answer. 1010 is older, they sound a bit different, and they both kick major ARSE. Need more, do the search.
