Hi all, just wondering im trying to repair a Pioneer Receiver i got for free, so basically when you push the power button the screen flashes "POWER ON" then immediately the amp goes into protect and switches off then the Blue MCACC light in the center of the front panel starts flashing, you can push the power button again but it just does the same thing over and over again, just wondering if anyone has an idea of what might the issue might be ive looked at the service manual and it says that the "system has detected abnormal voltage in the digital power supply" so that got me thinking that it might be a regulator or something, but ive checked the -12 and +12 and 5v regs and there all fine

also ive tried doing a hard reset using combo buttons and also tried to get into debug mode which nothing works.

i guessing its somthing small as it doesnt show any errors on the display

any help would be greatly appreciated.
